No, we do not make or install furniture or fittings. We only sell and deliver them.
Yes, we do delivery on purchase over 500’000₮ for free charge.
Delivery will be made to the customer's factory or store location. If the goodsare delivered to another location, the customer must be present at the time ofdelivery and receive the goods from the delivery vehicle.
We offer a 10-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their originalcondition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds areprocessed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
If returned within 11-60 days of delivery, a 20% fee will be charged
If returned within 61-100 days, a 50% fee will be charged.
No refunds will be given for returns over 101 days.
